Paul Shoemaker, is an author, podcaster, consultant and the founding president of Social Venture Partners (SVP), a global network of thousands of social innovators, entrepreneurs, philanthropists and business/community leaders that support social change agents in over 40 cirties and 8 countries. He worked at Microsoft for over decade, spent some time at Nestle before moving into the consultant space and SVP.
His first book, Can't Not Do: The Compelling Social Drive that Changes our World, tells the stories of "regular" people who sought to do something extraordinary. In Taking Charge of Change Paul introduces us to the "Rebuilders" (38) who are moving us forward in the very-challenging decade ahead, and discusses how to apply some of their effectiveness, qualities, attributes to your own leadership.
